Programmers at InnoVal must have experience with various operating system platforms and development environments. We are particularly looking for combinations of skills in the following areas:

• Java  A programmer at InnoVal should be able to write complex enterprise Java client and server applications. 
  

• C/C++  A programmer at InnoVal should be an expert C/C++ programmer with an intimate knowledge of Windows internals and various graphics formats.
  

• DB2 and Other Databases A programmer at InnoVal must be able to design and implement an effective and efficient relational database for an application.
  

• TCP/IP A programmer at InnoVal should be able to write client and server program in C++ that use SMTP, FTP, and HTTP protocols.
  

• Security and Integrity A programmer at InnoVal should be fully conversant in all aspects of systems security, transaction accountability, and process integrity.
